The Role: CQC Registered Manager
We are seeking an energetic, proactive, and experienced Registered Manager to lead services in the Swindon area. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and developing high-performing teams.
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Managing and leading a residential or supported living service
- Ensuring full CQC compliance and high-quality care standards
- Managing, motivating, and developing a multi-disciplinary staff team
- Overseeing risk management, health & safety, and safeguarding
- Maintaining excellent standards of administration and reporting
Person Specification
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have:
- Experience managing a residential or supported living service
- Experience supporting young adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs
- Proven experience managing multiple staff members
- A strong understanding of risk management and health & safety
- Excellent administration and IT skills
- A Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willingness to complete)
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (desirable)
