The Role: CQC Registered Manager

We are seeking an energetic, proactive, and experienced Registered Manager to lead services in the Swindon area. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and developing high-performing teams.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Managing and leading a residential or supported living service
  • Ensuring full CQC compliance and high-quality care standards
  • Managing, motivating, and developing a multi-disciplinary staff team
  • Overseeing risk management, health & safety, and safeguarding
  • Maintaining excellent standards of administration and reporting

Person Specification

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have:

  • Experience managing a residential or supported living service
  • Experience supporting young adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs
  • Proven experience managing multiple staff members
  • A strong understanding of risk management and health & safety
  • Excellent administration and IT skills
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willingness to complete)
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (desirable)
