Responsibilities:
- Be part of launching our first Children's Home in Redditch, registered for 4 children with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
What You'll Bring:
- 18+ months experience in children's residential care
- Level 3/4 in Children & Young People (or working towards)
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
- Proven leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Full UK Driving Licence
- A genuine passion for helping children thrive
