Responsibilities:

  • Be part of launching our first Children's Home in Redditch, registered for 4 children with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

What You'll Bring:

  • 18+ months experience in children's residential care
  • Level 3/4 in Children & Young People (or working towards)
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • A genuine passion for helping children thrive
