The Role

Paid Media Executive (12‑month FTC, Manchester, 5 days per week). Start immediately. Report to Senior Paid Media Manager. Responsible for day‑to‑day management of Paid Social & PPC accounts. Creative/asset driven role working closely with Marketing/Creative/Graphics teams to optimise ad strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Set up, optimise & hit KPI’s for paid social campaigns on Facebook, TikTok & Snapchat for various international countries.
  • Plan, implement, optimise, and manage search and shopping campaigns for various international countries.
  • Use best‑practice guidelines aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage PPC spend through SA360 bid management solutions.
  • Work with Google Editor, Bing Editor, ROIHunter & Facebook Business Manager.
  • Manage PPC & Paid Social accounts profitably within agreed ROI targets.
  • Grow existing PPC accounts through continuous campaign build‑outs.
  • Perform regular keyword research, preparation and analysis; weekly negative keyword research & search query reporting.
  • Provide daily, weekly, monthly campaign & bespoke reports & analysis.
  • Perform ongoing competitor analysis & reporting.
  • Manage feeds through a 3rd‑party solution.
  • Work with merchandising team to plan accurate stock allocations for promotional activity and day‑to‑day forecasted sales.
  • Communicate effectively within the team, wider team and externally with suppliers.
  • Willingness to take Google AdWords & Blueprint exams.

  • Experience in digital marketing or Paid Media/Social role.
  • Experience with marketing agencies.
  • Experience with Smartly.
  • Proven track record in driving successful PPC campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Google, Facebook & Bing.
  • Experience using feeds.
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • AdWords & Blueprint Certifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for digital marketing.
  • Effective communication and reporting skills.
  • Strong numerical & analytical skills.
  • Experience using bid‑management tools.
  • Highly numerate & strong communication skills.
