boohooMAN is looking for a passionate and analytical Junior Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. If you\’re ready to step up, trade your own category, and make a real impact on sales, this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

As a Junior Merchandiser, you’ll be responsible for trading and planning your own department – ensuring the right product is in the right place, at the right time, in the right quantity.

• Take full ownership of your category – managing sales, stock, and profitability.
• Analyse daily/weekly sales to make key trading decisions, including pricing and rebuys.
• Drive the test-and-repeat model to maximise performance.
• Forecast demand, manage OTB, and control stock through accurate WSSI management.
• Present in weekly and monthly trading meetings with key stakeholders.
• Partner closely with Buying, Design, QC, and suppliers to strengthen product strategy.
• Mentor and coach more junior members of the team.
• Continuously look for ways to improve reporting, processes, and performance.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone with a commercial mindset, a strong sense of ownership, and a deep love for product and data.

• Experience as an Assistant Merchandiser in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills (intermediate to advanced level).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A fashion eye – able to spot trends and translate them into trading opportunities.
• Organised, resilient, and able to thrive under pressure.
• A strategic thinker who’s confident in making decisions and proposing improvements.
• A collaborative team player who leads by example.
