About the role
PrettyLittleThing are looking for an Assistant Paid Social Manager to join their team. Reporting into the Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Paid Social marketing channel and managing supporting team members.
As Assistant Paid Social Manager, you will:
- Lead on, and implement, our Paid Social strategy
- Plan, execute and optimise campaigns in our key markets, across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest
- Own our targeting strategy
- Drive a \”test and learn\” mentality across the team – responsible for our testing roadmap and communicating results with key stakeholders
- Drive our creative strategy, working alongside internal teams and with external partners
- Work closely with external partners to align on strategy, opportunities, results and opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with a number of internal teams: Digital; Influencer and PR; Creative; BI etc.
- Own channel analysis and reporting on performance
- Ensure that all activity is aligned to KPIs, and on-budget
- Carry out regular audits to ensure account hygiene and to identify opportunities for growth
- Assist in monitoring competitor activity
- Stay across industry news and events, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of Paid Social advertising
- Lead a small team with responsibility for their output and development

We\’re looking for a Paid Social specialist who is keen to develop their career further, in an exciting and fast-paced environment.
We\’re looking for somebody who can demonstrate:
· 3+ years of experience in Paid Social
· Possesses line management experience and has experience of developing individuals / teams
· A team player
· Strong analytical and numerical skills, with an ability to turn data into stories
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
