The Planning and Process Assistant at Boohoo plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation and optimisation of business processes. This role involves collecting, organising, and analysing data to inform planning decisions and improve efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve inefficiencies, maintaining clear documentation and providing actionable insights through Excel and other tools. What you’ll be doing:
- Data Handling & Analysis: Collect, organise, and analyse data to support planning decisions, process improvements, and performance tracking.
- Excel Reporting: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and tools in Excel to provide visibility into key metrics and operational insights.
- Process Optimisation: Assist in identifying inefficiencies within current processes and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Project Support: Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate and support ongoing planning and improvement projects.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of processes, workflows, and outcomes to ensure continuity and accuracy across the department.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Support communication with internal stakeholders to align goals, share updates, and address operational challenges.
