The Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and technical CRM Systems Specialist to bridge the gap between our data architecture and our growth goals. Reporting to the Head of CRM, you will be responsible for the technical health of our CRM ecosystem, managing complex integrations, and ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience.

You aren’t just a user of the system; you are the builder. You will work closely with the Sales team to optimise their pipeline and the Digital Team (including the Marketing and Email Managers) to ensure their campaigns are fuelled by clean, segmented, and automated data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Systems Architecture: Lead the technical configuration of our CRM, including custom platforms, advanced workflows, and future API integrations with third-party tools.
  • Omnichannel Integration: Ensure data flows seamlessly across all touchpoints – social, web, email, and sales calls – to provide a 360-degree view of the customer.
  • Data Strategy & Hygiene: Acting as the data gatekeeper. You will build the logic for lead scoring, touchpoint analysis, and automated data cleansing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build dashboards and automation that help sales teams prioritise the right leads at the right time.
  • Digital/Email: Set up the technical triggers and complex audience segmentation that allow the Digital Marketing to execute high-performing campaigns; ensuring automated lifecycle flows (anniversaries, birthdays, high-tier triggers) function without error.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary point of contact for system bugs, sync errors between platforms, and tracking issues.
  • Data Governance & Privacy: Maintain the highest standards of data hygiene and GDPR/privacy compliance, recognising that discretion is the cornerstone of our brand.
  • Performance Analytics: Build the underlying reporting structures that allow the Heads of Departments to see ROI across different channels.

Areas the role covers

  • Support to the Head of CRM: You provide the technical infrastructure and data integrity needed to execute a global luxury strategy.
  • To the Sales Team: You optimise the CRM to ensure our sales associates have real-time insights into client preferences and purchase history.
  • To the Digital Team: You support the Marketing Manager and Email Specialist by building complex technical segmentations and ensuring the MAP (Marketing Automation Platforms) are perfectly synced with the master database.
  • Luxury Sensitivity: You understand that "automation" in luxury must feel human. You build systems that empower our staff rather than replace the personal touch.

Technical Profile & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in CRM retail operations, POS, marketing technology, dashboard creation and/or systems administration.
  • Data fluent: High proficiency in Excel/Sheets is required; proficient in SQL, HTML/CSS (for email troubleshooting).
  • Experience with advanced CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Sage, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Power BI, Shopify).
  • Proven track record of managing data migrations or complex system audits.
  • An architect mindset: You don’t just fix problems; you build scalable systems that prevent them.
  • Integration expert: Proven experience connecting CRMs with marketing automation platforms (MAP), or ERPs via integration tools.
  • Omnichannel experience: Understanding of how CRM data interacts with paid media (custom audiences) and web analytics.
