An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Executive (Maternity Cover) at Boodles, a leading British fine jewellery brand. This role is responsible for delivering a considered, creative and commercially effective digital presence across all channels, overseeing ongoing website development and being responsible for digital creative output, content across platforms and email marketing campaigns, ensuring all activity is executed to a high standard, visually consistent and aligned with brand and commercial objectives. Working closely with the wider Marketing department and the E-commerce team, the role ensures consistency across all channels, supports ongoing digital development and performance, and contributes to a seamless and elevated customer experience. This is a fully on-site role based at Boodles, Bond Street.

Website, Creative & Content

  • Oversee the website and its ongoing development, acting as a point of contact for the web agency and ensuring all updates and projects are delivered to a high standard.
  • Maintain and evolve website content, ensuring it is visually strong, up to date and aligned with campaigns and brand standards.
  • Lead the creative output across digital channels, maintaining a consistent and refined visual identity, with a hands‑on approach where required (including Adobe Photoshop).
  • Work closely with a copywriter to develop and refine website and campaign copy.
  • Manage and brief freelancers across design, content and production, ensuring consistency and quality of output.
  • Plan and coordinate website photoshoots, working with photographers, freelancers and internal teams to deliver high‑quality imagery.

Digital Marketing, Performance & Collaboration

  • Responsibility for planning, tracking and ensuring effective use of spend across all digital activity.
  • Use performance data and analytics to inform decisions and support ongoing optimisation.
  • Create and oversee paid social assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Work with third‑party partners to deliver their assets across Boodles' digital channels, ensuring compliance with partner brand guidelines.
  • Oversee email marketing, including content, design and campaign delivery, with experience using Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms.
  • Support the Head of E-commerce in SEO and paid media activity.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing department to ensure digital activity is aligned across all channels.
  • Contribute to improvements in user experience and online merchandising in partnership with the E‑commerce team.

  • Experience within the luxury sector or premium consumer brands.
  • Basic coding knowledge (HTML, CSS or similar) is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with photography production.
  • Experience working with web agencies, freelancers and digital budgets.
