The Firm operates through five departments - Private Client, Property, Corporate, Litigation and Family – and has a strong focus on key sectors including Arts and Luxury assets; Middle East, Family Offices, Family Businesses and Entrepreneurs from offices in London (Bankside and Mayfair) and Oxford.

Boodle Hatfield is recognised as being one of the leading Private Client firms in the country. We have a long history of advising private clients, both UK and international, and this is a core part of our business. The Private Client and Tax Department advises clients with a diverse asset base, including international businesses, luxury assets (art, yachts, aircraft and classic cars) and traditional landed estates. We specialise in giving proactive estate planning, trusts, commercial and wealth protection advice that helps our clients preserve and enhance their wealth, whilst also ensuring compliance and reputational integrity.

Our focus is on providing a very personal service to clients with complex needs. As a result of continued growth we are looking for a bright, motivated and enthusiastic Senior Associate to join our London office and be part of a friendly, busy and highly successful team. We seek candidates who have trained at reputable City or West End Firms who have 5 or more years of experience in a private client or tax department.

Your experience must include advice on UK taxation, particularly for non-UK domiciled clients and international families. You should have experience in advising on complex wealth holding and family office structures and associated tax issues. Any knowledge and experience of trusts and wealth structures in other jurisdictions in both common or case law is preferable. The successful candidate would join the firm in a key role to work in a growing practice, where they would be expected to lead and supervise matters. The firm would support this individual with growth of business and practice.
