This role suits someone with a solid background in mobile crushing operations who is looking for steady, long-term work and the backing of a professional, well-organised site team.
Role Overview
As a Mobile Crusher Operator, you’ll play a key role in our site clearance and material processing operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating mobile crushing equipment to process concrete, brick, and other demolition arisings
- Monitoring crusher performance and output to meet project requirements
- Managing and maintaining the machine, including daily checks and routine upkeep
- Coordinating with site teams to manage material flow and logistics
- Ensuring safe operation in line with site-specific RAMS and environmental controls
- Completing paperwork, inspections, and reporting near-misses or equipment issues
Work Locations & Travel
- Projects take place across the UK, though we will always try to assign you to sites close to home where possible.
- If working away is required:
- Accommodation is provided and paid for
- Fuel support is available
- A company van may be supplied depending on location and availability
What We’re Looking For
- Experience operatingmobile crushers(tracked or wheeled)
- CSCS or CCDOcard
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
- Ability to work self-employed (CIS)
- Comfortable working away from home when needed
- Solid understanding of site safety and environmental best practices
Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Essential)
- Face Fit certificate
- First Aid or CAT B Medical
- Excavator or ADT ticket
- Confined Space or NRSWA accreditation
- Blue CPCS/NPORS card
