Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate at our boutique located in Bicester. The Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting clients with purchases, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring the boutique is visually appealing. Additional responsibilities include contributing to sales targets, providing a welcoming shopping experience, and building long-term client relationships through personalized service.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a warm and welcoming environment
- Proven sales skills and a results-driven mindset to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Understanding of visual merchandising principles and the ability to maintain boutique presentation standards
- Knowledge of luxury or fashion retail is highly advantageous
