Job Description
- Greeting and high standard service to international and regular clientele
- Customer sales advice and presentation of the collection
- Organising and completing digital/phone orders for clients
- Client relationship management through digital tools
- Assistance with daily running of the store (restocking of the shop floor, maintenance of display and stock room, stock-taking, etc.)
- Ability and motivation to achieve personal sales goals
- Sending daily reports
Profile required
- Fluent English (speaking, writing and reading), another language is a plus
- Experience in retail/Strong sales skills
- Experience in the world of fashion and luxury
