Post description :

– Greeting and high standard service to international and regular clientele

– Customer sales advice and presentation of the collection

– Organising and completing digital / phone orders for clients

– Client relationship management through digital tools

– Assistance with daily running of the store (restocking of the shop floor, maintenance of display and stock room, stock-taking, etc.)

– Ability and motivation to achieve personal sales goals

– Sending daily reports

Profile required :

– Fluent English (speaking, writing and reading), an other language will be a plus

– Proven sales skills

– Experience in retail

– Experience in the world of fashion and luxury

– Flexibility

– A proactive/dynamic and positive attitude

– Target driven

– Good inter-personal skills, team spirit/player

– 40 hours per week contract

The role is based at Harrods.
