Post description:
- Greeting and high standard service to international and regular clientele
- Customer sales advice and presentation of the collection
- Organising and completing digital / phone orders for clients
- Client relationship management through digital tools
- Assistance with daily running of the store (restocking of the shop floor, maintenance of display and stock room, stock-taking, etc.)
- Ability and motivation to achieve personal sales goals
- Sending daily reports
Profile required:
- Fluent English (speaking, writing and reading), another language will be a plus
- Proven sales skills
- Experience in retail
- Experience in the world of fashion and luxury
- Flexibility
- A proactive/dynamic and positive attitude
- Target driven
- Good inter-personal skills, team spirit/player
- 40 hours per week contract
