Post Description

  • Greeting and high standard service to international and regular clientele
  • Customer sales advice and presentation of the collection
  • Organising and completing digital / phone orders for clients
  • Client relationship management through digital tools
  • Assistance with daily running of the store (restocking of the shop floor, maintenance of display and stock room, stock-taking, etc.)
  • Ability and motivation to achieve personal sales goals
  • Sending daily reports

Profile Required

  • Fluent English (speaking, writing and reading), another language will be a plus
  • Proven sales skills
  • Experience in retail
  • Experience in the world of fashion and luxury
