Class Teacher FTE 50% (Wednesday PM, Thursday & Friday). Part-time job-share arrangement working 2.5 days per week alongside an existing postholder. Salary: Teachers Main Scale 1-6 (£34,398 - £46,839 FTE per annum – £17,199 - £23,419 actual salary per annum at 50% FTE). Start Date: 1st September 2026.

Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils to ensure they are engaged in learning activities
- Promoting the inclusion and acceptance of all students within the classroom
- Acting as a role model, setting high expectations of conduct and promoting positive pupil behaviour to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Dealing with any immediate problems or emergencies according to the school’s policies and procedures about health & safety, welfare and wellbeing and safeguarding
- Establishing positive relationships with the pupils, parents and other staff in the school
