Bonnie & Wild is looking for a confident and energetic Bar Supervisor with a passion for people, customer service, and Scotland’s amazing food and drink. This is an opportunity for an exceptional and ambitious hospitality personality to grow with one of the UK’s most dynamic hospitality brands.
We’re looking for a team player who can offer direction and support. You’re a hospitality professional who loves working with people, is passionate about the Scottish drink industry, and who strives to deliver first-class customer service. This is a hands-on role where you will be supporting and supervising the bar team.
A thriving events programme means you’ll also be tasked to work on events, from private dinners to major brand activations, wedding receptions to cooking contests, and with brands and organisations ranging from Bowmore to Bruichladdich, Edinburgh Beer Factory to Fierce Beer, Scotland Food & Drink to Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce.
Responsibilities:- Assisting with HR responsibilities including recruitment, training and team development.
- Supporting the business as we work to meet energy and water reduction targets and reduce our carbon footprint.
- Acting as an ambassador for Bonnie & Wild as we work collectively to champion Scotland’s amazing food and drink products and producers.
- Regular training and development opportunities.

- Deliver exceptional customer service and demonstrate experience in a similar customer-facing role.
