We work directly with US-based founders, investors, and boards to place senior-level and C-suite leaders who drive growth and transformation.

We are expanding and looking for a UK-based recruiter to collaborate with our team on US client searches — supporting high-impact roles across Go-To-Market, Finance, Product, and Engineering.

What You’ll Do:

  • Source and engage senior candidates across LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Partner closely with our Founder to align on US client priorities and weekly deliverables
  • Support multiple searches — from Head of Growth to VP Finance, Director of Engineering, and more
  • Bring curiosity, speed, and EQ to every interaction
  • Work directly with a boutique search firm that partners with top-tier US VC funds and scaling startups
  • Exposure to fast-moving, high-growth companies across Silicon Valley, Austin, and New York
  • Flexible, remote collaboration — no bureaucracy, just results
  • High-earning potential: commission-based (placement fee per hire) — well above market — plus options for repeat project work.
