Located at the heart of the town, inside the Co-op, the store is a key part of local retail, serving customers from across the Isle of Lewis and surrounding communities.

This is an excellent opportunity to take full ownership of the store’s performance, driving sales, managing stock and costs effectively, and developing a strong, motivated team. You’ll be responsible for delivering high standards of customer service, maintaining visual presentation and ensuring the store continues to be a trusted shopping destination locally.

As Store Manager, you will lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
