We are currently seeking a Store Manager to lead our team in Thatcham Garden Centre – a charming retail destination in the heart of Berkshire. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and a welcoming community, Thatcham offers a relaxed shopping environment and a great place to build your career in fashion retail.

Your Role as Store Manager

As Store Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team to deliver outstanding service, drive store performance, and create a welcoming experience for every customer.
