We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team at our new store opening in the Co-op in Prudhoe. Positioned at the heart of the local community, the store will serve a loyal and regular customer base and plays an important role in the town’s retail offering. This is a fantastic opportunity to take full responsibility for the store’s performance, driving sales, managing stock and costs, and developing a strong, customer-focused team. You’ll maintain high standards of service and visual presentation while creating a welcoming environment that keeps customers coming back.

As Store Manager, you will lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
