Your Role as Assistant Manager
As Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to lead the team, deliver an exceptional shopping experience, and drive store performance. You’ll act as a role model, helping to motivate your team and ensure that every customer leaves with a smile.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Leadership: Assist the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Drive Sales: Use commercial awareness to help implement effective sales strategies and promotions.
- Operational Support: Take responsibility for store operations in the Store Manager’s absence, ensuring smooth and efficient running.
- Customer Experience: Maintain a warm, welcoming store environment that reflects Bonmarché’s brand values.
