We are seeking an experienced TLM Consultant to support, upgrade, and optimize a collateral management platform within an Investment Bank. You will play a key role in enhancing processes related to OTC derivatives, repos, and securities lending, working across technical design, configuration, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technical SME for Transactional Lifecycle Management (TLM), analysing issues and identifying solutions.
- Lead the upgrade of the TLM system, including configuration of modules, database updates, and IIS website setup.
- Execute and manage UAT and regression testing, ensuring downstream integration and stability.
- Support integration with AcadiaSoft MarginSphere and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to address inefficiencies and implement improvements.
- Develop and maintain SQL extracts and stored procedures; improve batch processing resilience.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience with TLM Collateral Management, particularly in upgrades and support.
- Strong understanding of collateral processes for OTC derivatives, repos, and stock borrowing/lending.
- Hands-on experience configuring IIS websites, SQL Server, and managing XML/MQ messaging.
- Proficiency in SQL and enterprise DBMS (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle); stored procedure development.
- Experience in Java, Python, or C# within enterprise-level applications and data platforms.
- Familiarity with ETL tools, CI/CD, and DevOps workflows.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across business and technology teams.
- Comfortable working in regulated, matrixed environments.
Rate: £600/day Inside IR35
Duration: 6 month rolling contract
