We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Junior Systems Engineer to support a fully cloud-based environment within an Investment Management firm. Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support across end-user devices and office systems
- Perform laptop upgrades, rebuilds, and imaging across the business
- Create and maintain standard laptop images, ensuring consistency and security

- Hard drive setup and management
- USB port restrictions (while maintaining Bluetooth functionality)
