Client: Investment Bank

Role: CTI Integration Engineer

Contract length: 6 months, then converting to perm.

Contract rate: TBC

Perm salary: Up to £85k + bonus.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in cyber threat intelligence engineering, security tooling integration, or security automation.
  • Hands-on experience with OpenCTI or comparable CTI platforms such as MISP, ThreatConnect, Anomali, Recorded Future, Intel471, or similar.
  • Experience integrating security platforms using APIs, SaaS connectors, automation workflows, or orchestration platforms.
  • Good understanding of cyber threat intelligence concepts, including indicators of compromise, threat actors, campaigns, TTPs, enrichment, and intelligence lifecycle processes.
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, authentication methods, webhooks, and data exchange between platforms.
  • Practical experience working with cloud-hosted or SaaS-based cyber security tools.
  • Ability to work across multiple systems and connect tools into a wider security technology ecosystem.
  • Scripting or development experience, ideally with Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills across integrations, data flows, and platform connectivity.
  • Ability to work with both technical and cyber security stakeholders.
