Bonhill Partners are currently supporting an Investment Bank in their search for a Quantitative Developer, where the chosen individual will contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of risk and pricing systems that support the trading desks across a range of asset classes.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate daily with quants, traders, and global tech teams
- Enhance and maintain trade feed and caching software
- Develop logic to support new financial derivative products
- Investigate and resolve performance or pricing issues
- Deliver high-quality, well-tested code
- Provide on-call support as needed
What You’ll Bring
Must-Have:
- 2+ years of C# development experience in financial systems
- Strong understanding of OOP principles
- Hands-on experience with derivatives in equities or interest rates
- Proficiency in at least one of: Linux, Python, SQL
- Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience working on a trading desk or in front office
- Exposure to multi-threaded or concurrent systems
- Familiarity with messaging middleware
