We are looking for a Power Platform Engineer to join a leading asset management firm, focusing on the design and development of applications that support a range of business-critical workflows. This is an excellent opportunity to build secure, scalable, and user-friendly web applications that enable both internal teams and external stakeholders to interact with data and services in a seamless way.
The Role
You will play a key role in delivering client-facing and internal applications using Microsoft Power Pages, helping to modernise how the business captures, manages, and shares information. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you’ll translate business requirements into robust solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform, integrating with existing systems and data sources across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Proven experience designing and building enterprise-grade application solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience working within governed Power Platform environments using solution-based ALM.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle, testing, release management, and operational support.
- Design, build, and maintain Power Pages applications for internal and external use.
- Develop secure, scalable portals for client onboarding, reporting, and data submission.
- Integrate Power Automate workflows with Dataverse, APIs, and external systems.
- Configure and customise Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Implement authentication, security roles, and access controls.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure applications meet compliance, security, and performance standards.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Dataverse and data modelling.
- Experience integrating APIs and external data sources.
- Knowledge of Power Automate for workflow automation.
- Understanding of security models and access control within Power Platform.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript for customisation of Power Pages.
- Experience working in financial services or asset management (preferred).
Salary: £80k - £100k + Bonus + Benefits
Hybrid: 3 days in office
