Bonhill Partners are supporting an Investment Bank in their search for a Junior KDB Engineer to join their Market Data team. This is an opportunity to join an experienced team, building out software and services for research and trading.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance KDB+ infrastructure, as well as designing new features
- Utilise KDB+/Q to optimise data processing
- Enhance data access framework for real-time dashboards, analytics and market research
Required skills:
- Degree within Computer Science, Engineering, Quantitative Finance or similar
- KDB+/Q programming experience
- Knowledge of data processing & analytics
- Financial product knowledge
- Some OO programming experience - Python, Java or C++
This will be a hybrid position, 3 days in the office, paying up to £300/day.
