Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Credit Risk Project Manager to support a leading global investment bank in the delivery of critical credit risk and regulatory change initiatives, with a focus on Potential Future Exposure (PFE). This is a senior, hands-on delivery role within the bank’s London office, operating in a highly governed and regulated environment. The role will involve working closely with Credit Risk, Front Office, Technology, and Risk Management teams to ensure effective and timely delivery of PFE-related programmes aligned with global standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of credit risk change programmes, focusing on PFE exposure, limits management, and credit risk frameworks.
  • Own programme scope, delivery plans, governance, budget, and outcomes.
  • Establish and manage programme governance, including steering committees and senior stakeholder forums.
  • Manage programme risks, issues, dependencies, and regulatory deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Risk, Technology, Front Office, and third-party vendors.
  • Ensure delivery aligns with global risk standards, regulatory expectations, and audit requirements.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience delivering credit risk programmes within a global investment bank or large financial institution.
  • Hands-on expertise in PFE and exposure-related credit risk frameworks.
  • Experience delivering regulatory or audit-driven programmes in a controlled environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior management and global stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate effectively within a structured, highly regulated organisation.
