Bonhill Partners are supporting a leading asset management firm in hiring a Lead Application Developer. The chosen individual will support and guide the team, manage objectives and assist with career planning, as well as remaining hands on with programming when required. The firm is early in its transformation program and will require the selected individual to assist with upgrading their investments platform and applications.
Responsibilities:
- Line Management of small team
- Be responsible for one-to-one's, including performance review
- Assist head of technology with business solutions
- Hands on programming of internal applications
