What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing Candidates: You will be identifying and attracting potential candidates through the job boards, networking groups and IT forums.
- Screening: Conduct the initial screening interviews to assess the skills and viability of the candidates for both live vacancies and potential future vacancies.
- Supporting Clients: Assist the 360 consultants in drilling down and researching client requirements.
- Database Enrichment: Maintaining and updating the existing candidate database ensuring the team have the most relevant candidates available giving us the edge.
