You will be responsible for Global Markets Support, overseeing platforms that are vital to the bank’s trading operations. As part of this role, you’ll provide subject matter expertise, leadership, and operational excellence to ensure seamless functionality of Global Markets platforms., * Serve as the single point of contact for Global Markets Support issues across EMEA, collaborating with APAC and AMERICAS teams.

  • Manage and mentor a team of 10+ skilled engineers and analysts, driving high-performance support delivery.

  • Lead incident and problem management.

  • Oversee effective change management for production environment.

  • Proficiency in platforms such as ION, Genesis, Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.

  • Deep understanding of Derivatives and Fixed Income products.

  • Leadership & Problem Solving:
