Requirements
- Strong experience in cybersecurity engineering within complex, large-scale enterprise environments.
- Proven hands-on expertise across Data Security and Cloud Security, including hybrid, multi-cloud and on-premises environments.
- Experience with DLP, data classification, encryption, tokenisation, key management, CSPM and DSPM.
- Strong experience implementing, upgrading and supporting enterprise security tools and platforms.
- Experience conducting security architecture and design reviews, providing risk-based and secure-by-design recommendations.
- Strong understanding of security controls, risk, governance and compliance frameworks.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional engineering, technology and business teams.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture and modern cloud security principles.
- Experience developing and maintaining security standards, procedures and technical documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance technical, business, risk and regulatory priorities.
- Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring and knowledge sharing within engineering teams.
