- Lead design and implementation of security technologies across multiple domains
- Act as a technical SME across cyber initiatives, from concept through to production
- Translate high-level security architecture into practical, deployable solutions
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to embed security controls
- Troubleshoot, optimise, and continuously improve deployed security tooling
- Deploy and enhance Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions (endpoint, network, and cloud)
- Lead CyberArk / PAM upgrades and onboarding, including privileged account lifecycle
- Engineer and optimize web proxy solutions (e.g., Zscaler, Bluecoat, Netskope)
- Implement and manage secure email gateways (phishing protection, spoofing controls, DMARC, etc.)
- Integrate security controls into cloud platforms (e.g., Azure / AWS security tooling)
- Support migrations, transformations, and security uplift programmes
- Strong hands-on experience across multiple cyber domains (network, endpoint, identity, cloud)
- Proven delivery of enterprise security tooling (e.g., DLP, PAM, Proxy, Email Security)
- Solid understanding of security architecture principles with ability to implement them
- Experience working in complex, regulated, or large-scale environments
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with deep technical execution
