We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to support the Cyber Security function within an investment bank assisting in the production and delivery of high-quality, executive-level cyber reporting for senior business and risk leadership.

The successful candidate will sit at the intersection of cyber security, risk and executive communication, working closely with the CISO and wider cyber function to consume complex technical and risk information and translate it into concise, commercially relevant insight for audiences including the CEO, CRO, ExCo and Board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop executive-level cyber reporting for senior leadership, ExCo and Board audiences.
  • Work closely with the CISO and senior cyber stakeholders to understand key security risks, threats, vulnerabilities, incidents and control effectiveness.
  • Ensure reporting clearly articulates business impact, risk exposure, trends and required actions, rather than simply presenting technical metrics.
  • Develop clear reporting packs, dashboards and executive summaries tailored to different stakeholder audiences.
  • Provide insight and commentary on cyber risk trends, emerging threats, incidents, vulnerabilities and remediation activity.

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience producing executive-level reporting for senior stakeholders, ideally including C-suite, ExCo or Board audiences.
  • Strong understanding of cyber security, cyber risk and technology risk.

Desirable

  • Experience working directly within a CISO function, Cyber Security team, Technology Risk function or similar.
  • Experience producing reporting for a CRO, CEO, Board Risk Committee or equivalent governance forum.
  • Experience within a regulated or highly complex organisation.
