We are seeking an experienced Corporate Actions Business Analyst to join a leading Investment Bank on a long-term contract engagement. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the onboarding and integration of third-party corporate actions platforms while driving process and technology improvements across the corporate actions landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding and integration of third-party corporate actions platforms and vendors.
  • Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements across the corporate actions domain.
  • Work closely with Business, Operations, Architecture, and Engineering teams to define target operating models, system workflows, and integration requirements.
  • Document current-state and future-state processes across corporate actions operations and supporting technology platforms.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and drive requirements through to successful delivery.
  • Support system integration initiatives, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Investment Banking.
  • Strong knowledge of Corporate Actions processes, lifecycle events, and operations.
  • Extensive understanding of middleware, system interfaces, data flows, and integration processes.
  • Hands-on experience working with corporate actions platforms such as GLOSS, Murex, Bloomberg, or similar vendor solutions.
  • Experience supporting the implementation, onboarding, integration, or enhancement of third-party corporate actions systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across Business, Operations, Technology, and Vendor teams.
  • Excellent requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation capabilities.
  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to perform data analysis, reconciliation, and validation.

Desirable

  • Experience delivering corporate actions transformation, automation, or platform migration programmes.
  • Knowledge of SWIFT messaging standards and market data feeds.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and project lifecycles.
