Our Marketing group is a strategic team who work independently towards clear common objectives.

Whether developing marketing strategies, producing creative or optimising digital, our mission is to deliver the best possible experience for our clients, as well as the best outcome for the business.
We take pride in offering a bespoke approach for every auction, and work with internal specialist teams, Press, Events and Creative to tell the stories of the rare and unique items sourced for auctions across over 60 collecting categories.
About You
You are an experienced marketing professional with a proven track record of delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
You are highly organised, commercially minded and passionate about creating engaging marketing that delivers measurable results.
Comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously, you have experience managing agencies, budgets and campaign delivery.
You are collaborative, commercially minded and confident building strong relationships across the business.
You also have a genuine interest in the automotive sector and the luxury collector car market.
- Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for the Cars, Bikes and Automobilia, driving consignments, bidder engagement and auction participation across digital and offline channels.
- Own the marketing calendar and campaign plans end-to-end, from consignment through to sale and post-sale follow-up.
- Work with our media agency to manage paid advertising across channels, including Google Ads and Meta, monitoring performance and optimising campaigns.
- Lead content strategy and creation across copy, social media, email marketing and creative production, including the development of creative briefs.
- Build and deploy consignment and selling email campaigns using Salesforce.
- Work closely with the Design team to produce print advertising and other campaign assets.
- Update website content, including homepage banners, sale banners and other marketing pages.
- Build and maintain brand consistency across all client touchpoints, both digitally and across auctions and events.
- Support the Head of Operations roles in the motoring team with planning and delivering the annual events calendar, partnerships and sponsorship activity where required.
- Manage campaign budgets, process invoices and ensure marketing spend is effectively managed.
- Analyse campaign performance using GA4 and report on KPIs, campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers and suppliers.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including paid media, email marketing, social media and content.
- Experience managing agencies, budgets and campaign performance.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data and insights to optimise marketing activity.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, collaborative and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in the automotive sector and an appreciation of the luxury and collector car market.
