  • Building pipeline discipline and commercial governance across the sales function
  • Driving internal thought leadership and raising capability across sales teams
  • Acting as the senior commercial voice for enterprise R&D market strategy

  • Driving referral led compliance and remediation workstreams

We are looking for a senior commercial leader with:

  • 8 to 15+ years’ experience in UK R&D tax consultancy
  • Proven track record of winning six figure and above mandates
  • Experience with larger corporate and historic RDEC claimants
  • Strong enterprise stakeholder engagement capability
  • Strategic leadership experience within a specialist advisory environment
  • Experience in compliance, governance or enquiry related workstreams
  • Established professional referral and partner networks
