Boneyard London in Wimbledon is seeking a permanent, full-time Workshop & Operations Manager to lead the workshop day-to-day, report to the owner, manage rosters, stock and safety, and drive performance targets.
The role requires five days a week 9am–5pm with weekend rota and on-call duties; a 3-month probation and potential progression to General Manager as the business grows. Salary £40,000–£48,000 with a bonus up to 10% and probation review after six months.
