BonelliErede is looking for a Banking & Finance Associate to join our London office. This is a unique opportunity for a lawyer with a strong background in structured finance who wants to broaden their expertise across banking and debt capital markets in one of the world’s leading financial hubs.

What We’re Looking For:
- Italian Law Degree with excellent academic record (LL.M. a plus)
- 2–3 years PQE (ideally in structured finance)
- Fluent legal/business English (other languages a plus)
- Strong technical, drafting & interpersonal skills
- Team player with collaborative approach
