We are the team behind Bone Daddies Ramen Bars, Flesh & Buns and Shackfuyu. Our restaurants offer creative quality Japanese‐inspired cuisine. Due to our new openings and internal promotion, we are looking for a number of passionate, dedicated and hardworking Sous Chefs to join our energetic team.
No experience with Japanese ingredients is necessary, but a keen interest in learning about the culture and flavours as well as a genuine love for quality fresh ingredients.
The ideal Sous Chef will have:
- Previous Sous Chef experience to support service efficiently
- A drive to assist the Head Chef in pushing the business forward
- Creativity around developing menus whilst controlling costs
- A desire to motivate and develop the team further to drive engagement
- Strong Food Safety and Health and Safety understanding
