We opened Bone Daddies in Soho in 2012.
We’ve grown it a bit since, but it remains small at heart and reflects food trends current in Japan today.
We serve authentic Japanese Ramen, contemporary Izakaya and Yoshoku food, each in renowned chef Ross Shonhan’s unique style.
We are looking for a Head Chef to help lead our energetic, passionate and dynamic team.
You will have worked as a Head Chef in a fast-paced, fresh-food kitchen, be organized, with the ability to multi-task.
You will be people focused, with a proven ability to lead and develop your team.
You will be honest, kind and always have one eye on your goal.
- Role of Head Chef
- Full financial accountability - Food GP’s, Ordering, wastage control & labour control
- People - Recruitment, HR, employee relations, succession planning & scheduling
- Ensure all employees adhere to company policies in all aspects
- Dealing with all aspects of service – maintaining company standards and dealing with any customer complaints/queries
- Offer/Reward for Head Chef
- Bespoke Training and Development and the opportunity to grow with a developing and expanding brand
- Staff party, team building events & meals on shift
- 50% discount at all restaurants within our portfolio (Flesh & Buns and Bone Daddies)
Due to the nature of the business, you will be required to work 5 days, split over 7 shifts, including daytime, evenings and weekends.
