As the Assistant Kitchen Manager , you will support the Kitchen Manager in managing and developing your team and product.

Training and supporting the crew will be key and ensuring that all the food leaving the kitchen is the best that it can be.

You’ll work with the crew supporting the kitchen manager doing all manner of jobs including prep, fry section, broth control, filling bao buns and knocking out bangin’ bowls of ramen!

You’ll need some kitchen and junior management experience but your attitude, standards, passion and enthusiasm is key.
