We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Partnerships Executive to join our growing team. This is a client-facing role at the heart of Bondsmith’s business, supporting and developing relationships with our banking and distribution partners. You’ll work closely with our Client and Operations teams to ensure smooth communication with partners, manage onboarding processes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our relationship management approach. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast alongside an experienced group of professionals, build a personal network of financial institutions, and grow and develop their skills within a rapidly scaling fintech.

Requirements:

  • Develop strong relationships to better understand the needs and expectations of our partners and help align Bondsmith’s deliverables with their goals.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings with our banking and distributor partners, driving the agenda, shaping discussions, and ensuring every action lands.
  • Own and manage the day‑to‑day communication with partners, managing requests, queries, and ensuring the smooth running of the platform.
  • Identify new banks, building societies, and credit unions to originate new leads.
  • Manage and take responsibility for the onboarding of new banking partners.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records across all partnerships and relationships.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of relationship management processes and strategies.
  • Represent Bondsmith at conferences and industry events, including occasional travel to meet partners.
