Chief of Staff – Bondsmith (London) Full-time | In-person preferred | Reports to CEO Bondsmith is a high-growth fintech building the future of savings infrastructure. We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and leadership team to improve internal cohesion, execution, and morale. You’ll act as a force multiplier for the CEO – helping turn strategy into action, and ideas into operational momentum. Be a sparring partner to the CEO on strategy, comms, people, and execution Own key internal cadences (e.g. leadership meetings, all-hands, offsites, planning cycles) Help shape and uphold company culture and values in a way that’s authentic and effective Step into firefights and plug temporary gaps as needed – this is a hands-on role Belief in Bondsmith’s mission, and excitement to help shape the next phase of its growth This is a rare opportunity to shape a company’s culture, systems, and momentum from the inside—working directly with the CEO and leadership team to do it.
