We are a well‑established and growing roofing company. We are currently looking for a reliable, proactive and versatile Semi‑skilled Improver, Driver / Labourer to join our crew and keep our site and yard operations running like clockwork.

The Role: What You’ll Be Doing

This isn’t just a standard driving or lifting job. We need a "handyman" mindset—someone who can adapt to the needs of the day, whether that’s behind the wheel, assisting on‑site, or keeping the yard organized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving & Logistics: Collecting and delivering roofing materials, tools and plant to various job sites safely and on time.
  • Site Support: Assisting our roofing teams on‑site with general labouring duties, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
  • Yard Management: Keeping the main yard organized, loading/unloading deliveries and monitoring stock levels.
  • Handyman / Maintenance Tasks: Using your practical skills for basic maintenance, tool repairs, and general "fix‑it" tasks around the yard and sites.

What We Are Looking For

  • A valid driver’s license (essential).
  • Experience driving vans is highly desirable.
  • A "can‑do" all‑rounder attitude: Practical DIY, handyman, or basic trade skills are a massive plus.
  • Physical fitness: This is a hands‑on role involving heavy lifting, loading, and active outdoor work.
  • Reliability & punctuality: You are the backbone of our daily works; we need someone we can count on.
