Do you enjoy creating products that customers genuinely get excited about? Perhaps you've built successful ranges, developed strong supplier relationships and helped grow a recognised consumer brand, but you're now looking for an opportunity where you can have a greater influence on the direction of the business. If so, we'd love to hear from you.
BondMoran Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with an ambitious, internationally recognised business operating within the licensed consumer products sector. With an impressive portfolio of branded products and exciting growth plans, they're looking to appoint an experienced Head of Product to play a pivotal role in shaping the next chapter of their success.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll take ownership of the complete product lifecycle across multiple product categories, leading product strategy, sourcing, buying and supplier partnerships while working closely with Design, Merchandising, Supply Chain and Finance. This is far more than a traditional product management role. You'll have the opportunity to influence strategic decisions, identify new commercial opportunities, challenge existing thinking and help drive innovation across the business. If you enjoy combining creativity with commerciality and thrive in an environment where good ideas become reality, you'll feel right at home.
We're particularly interested in hearing from individuals who have built their careers within licensed merchandise, branded consumer products, toys, gifting, apparel, accessories or similar fast-paced product-led environments.
You'll ideally bring:
- Senior leadership experience across product development, sourcing and buying.
- A strong commercial mindset with responsibility for margins, pricing and product profitability.
- Experience developing and managing international supplier relationships.
- The ability to lead, inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- A passion for bringing innovative, commercially successful products to market.
In return, you'll join a business that combines the agility and entrepreneurial spirit of a growing organisation with the commercial ambition to invest in both its people and its future. You'll enjoy genuine autonomy, direct access to senior leadership and the opportunity to make a visible impact on the continued growth of the business. An excellent salary, bonus and benefits package is available for the successful individual.
Due to the confidential nature of this appointment, further information will be shared during initial conversations.
