Our client is a global provider of high-quality services to a prestigious client base. As part of their ongoing expansion, they are looking to appoint a Contract Lawyer to play a key role within their legal team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a UK-qualified solicitor with 2-3 years’ post-qualification experience . You’ll be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, advising on contractual risks and obligations, and ensuring compliance with legal and internal policies.
Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll deliver practical, commercially focused legal advice and contribute to the development of internal processes as the company scales.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills are essential, along with the confidence to manage a varied workload independently.
Experience in a fast-paced in-house environment or commercial private practice is highly desirable.
