This role is pivotal in managing an overseas team in all areas of finance, liaising with stakeholders internally as well as managing the relationship with the external audit team. This position will manage the day-to-day accounting and finance requirements across a number of group businesses. The role will suit an ambitious Management Accountant/Financial Accountant or Finance Manager looking for a step up in their career. The group has a clear plan for ambitious growth and is aiming to double the size of the international business over the next few years.
Selected duties:- Managing all financial accounting information and statutory accounts under IFRS
- Main contact for half year/year end audit
- Compiling monthly management accounts
- Ensuring the Group’s financial systems and controls are sufficient to meet the needs of the business
- Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Proven financial accounting skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Can work under pressure and manage a workload
