We are working closely with an impressive, growth SME business who are currently going through a rapid expansion project in order to cope with a consistent increase in demand for their service and products.

Whilst they are a commercial business, this position involves growing and maintaining existing clients and being the first point of contact for all incoming queries and escalations. Therefore, communication skills and an ability to engage with customers is a highly beneficial attribute for this position.

If you are either looking to build or further develop existing account management skills, this role will offer that opportunity as you will be working with a hands-on Client Relationship Manager.
